Who I am

 

Hi, I'm Sheila. I'm a Life & Business Alignment Coach for women who are ready to turn their passion into a purposeful, sustainable business—without burning out or losing themselves in the process.

 

My journey to this work wasn't theoretical. It was a hard-won lesson in alignment.

 

A few years ago, my husband and I launched a restaurant. On the surface, it was a success. But underneath, I was paying a price I never agreed to. The business was all-consuming. My time, my energy, my presence with my children—it was all being swallowed by a venture that, while fruitful, was not my passion.

 

I felt trapped. I knew what it was to build a successful business, but I also knew the profound cost of one that is misaligned with your soul and your life's true priorities.

 

The decision to sell was fraught with challenge, but the liberation on the other side was profound. Today, a year after that sale, I live in a state of deep gratitude and alignment. I finally have the space—the mental, spiritual, and physical space—to create from my passion and to guide others.

 

This is the clarity I bring to you: the wisdom of someone who has navigated the wrong path, so you can build the right one from the start.

 

I combine the grounding practices of spiritual life coaching with the real-world, gritty experience of a multi-time entrepreneur who has built, sold, and helped others build small businesses.
